Camp Atterbury
Don't ever go to this base. It's a little hell hole. We spent this past Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in Indiana at Camp Atterbury for the rifle range. We get there and it's like 100 degrees outside and there's no cloud cover plus we're in the middle of an open range of course. It was so hot and sweaty that you could take off your shirt and ring it out and it would be soaked again like a half our later. Now that's a good time.
Afterwords we headed back to the barracks which was an open squad bay. This place is like a hundred years old and it's probably condemned. Which is also a good time. We left the doors open becuase it was so hot and humid and it didn't smell too good either but that didn't really bother me. The only thing that was getting to me was the insects. The whole place was crawling with wolf spiders and black widows and praying mantis'. They kept crawling on me the whole night. I couldn't fall asleep cuz they kept biting me and trying to crawl in my mouth.
All in all the whole thing turned out to be a good time. I got some pics of me and the boys down in the pits. So I'll have to post them later to my flickr account when I get some more time.
